On October 18, 2022, GreenYellow finalizes the entry of Ardian, a pioneer investor in renewable energy, as a new majority shareholder in the Group. The transaction is based on an enterprise value of €1.4 billion.

Ardian now holds ≈75% of GreenYellow's capital.

The three historical shareholders, Casino group, Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance, maintain a stake in the Group.

This new shareholding allows GreenYellow to consolidate its equity to pursue:

• Its development as an operator owning and operating its assets over the long term.
• Its geographical expansion, with a strong acceleration expected in Europe.
